Message of condolence from H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, to H.E. Mr. Winston Peters, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of New Zealand:
Right Honourable Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,
I was shocked and sadden to learn of the terrorist attacks at the two mosques in Christchurch of New Zealand on 15 March 2019.
The Royal Thai Government strongly condemns these terrorist acts and remains firmly committed to cooperating closely with New Zealand and the international community in the concerted effort to fight against the scourge of terrorism.
I wish to extend my deepest sympathies and condolences to the families of those who were affected by these horrendous attacks. My thoughts and prayers are with the people of New Zealand in this bereaved moment.
Accept, Right Honourable, the renewed assurances of my highest consideration.
Minister of Foreign Affairs
of the Kingdom of Thailand
